This retired plush cat has three rare errors that make it even more unique:

a misspelled “Gasport” on the hang tag (should be “Gosport”),

mismatched dates on the swing and tush tags (1998 vs. 1999),

and no inspection stamp inside the tush tag.  

Its birthday is May 27, 1998, and it was retired on December 23, 1999.

*Retired Beanie Babies often became more valuable due to their limited availability.

This Beanie Baby is considered rare and vintage, especially if it has its original tags in mint condition.
