The 2003 Helm’s Deep Legolas action figure is part of 2003 Toy Biz’s Lord of the Rings

Collector’s Series for “The Two Towers” movie. This particular (“Variant”) comes with

a shield skateboard but without Elvish runes on the arrowheads.

This action figure by Toy Biz is quite a collectible. It features Legolas in his iconic Helm’s Deep armor,

complete with a shield that doubles as a skateboard. It’s a super poseable figure, allowing for various dynamic poses.

The value of this Item can vary significantly based on it’s condition demand and grading.
