*This 1998 beautifully-crafted figure is permanently mounted on a rotating base that you spin with a small gear at the edge. The pose is taken from that intense scene in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back where Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian, Chewbacca (with C3PO in pieces on his back) and a half-fried R2D2 trying to escape Cloud City before Darth Vader can seize absolute control over the planet Bespin.

*One of the last remaining pilots, Luke flew through the Death Star trench at blinding speed with the goal of shooting a volley of proton torpedoes into a small exhaust port. Vader closed in, ready to destroy Luke’s starship — noting that “the Force is strong with this one” — but a surprise blast from Han and the Millennium Falcon sent Vader’s fighter tumbling into space, clearing Luke for the shot. Calling on the Force with guidance from Obi-Wan’s disembodied voice, the Jedi-to-be delivered a precise shot, and the Death Star was destroyed.

*Kenner produced this line of six inch scale display figures as part of their Star Wars line.
